METAL RAPID PROTOTYPING 

When you need a quick, accurate model, but cannot use a brittle material, your best option is a rapid metal prototype, available in aluminum, magnesium, zinc, brass, and bronze alloys.  We offer a traditional material removal subtractive process with 3 axis (Computer Numeric Controlled) CNC Machining and lathes complemented by full custom auto shop equipment.

Rapid Metal prototyping, or Fusion Deposit modeling, is an additive process builds objects layer by layer, allowing the engineers at our CNC machine shop to create complex shapes while decreasing costs and overall time spent on projects.

Investment Casting Parts can also be used to cast in metal (the lost wax process).  You need one SLA model for each cast metal part, but this can produce very intricate parts.  WhiteLight Design is up-to-date on the most current methods of CNC Machining and metal rapid prototyping, ensuring you receive high quality parts quickly.
