Working at a sign company Creative Signs in Topeka Kansas was the original introduction to the design business.  From working one of the first vinyl die cutting machines to screen printing to sand blasting to illuminated signs, branding and promotion was top of the industry list.  Then locating to Atlanta GA with Lorenc Design the Rupert Jensen & Associates as an industrial designer and the booming corporate sign system design and development opportunities. Opportunities included working with sculpted polished granite to neon channel letters entrance, directional and DOT signs.

Sign design is about directing people to a destination using the graphic and 3D elements to communicate the wayfinding direction or destination. Signs and sign design embraces industrial design, and use of figure ground presentations, with color renderings, 3D CAD, product engineering and rapid prototyping. The shop drawings with all the dimensions needed was the key to working from paper to post in the ground with a wind load tolerant concrete footer. The sign  team invested in a rapid printed prototype shop to compliment the full prototype shop.   New materials and production technologies are used to meet the sign system demands.  From main entrance monuments to entrant sigs to directions to the restrooms it all must meet architectural specifications and local sign codes. From the napkin sketch to the directory systems, Santa looks for the highest quality possible with sincere commitment to performance and human factors friendly that compliments the environment.  From door signs to department entrances, WhiteLight Design uses industrial design and product design engineering to create efficient and elegant sign solutions. From plastic to metal to aluminum to titanium, metal to plastic conversion our engineers work to model up the invention from the patent.  If you and company are looking for sign design  give the shop a ring.
