The store merchandiser is proving to be a powerful brand builder. This retail island promotion design was a co-venture of promoting snack icons Nabisco® foods with Coca-Cola® products. WD was involved only in the conceptual effort, but, is proud to show off the Client’s and Bolt’s final solution, and it has proved to be an “Attention Getter”.

Connecting with the Customer
Display and exhibit design is about the connecting with the customer on a personal level.  Aiming for that moment that the customer makes a past or future connection and wants the product. The product  display and exhibit design must serve many roles. It must communicate the purpose and put the User in a place of feeling good about the product or purpose it serves.  The package – display or exhibit must communicate   quality in retail to serve as a functional information billboard.  Branding or display design is the launching point for creating the vision of product interest and sales.  The semantics of form follows function must dominate the physical package, as well as the merchandizing grouping, must operate to deliver and communicate one cohesive message. Packaging display design must compliment the design, form and appearance of the product.  The branding program with the packaging system design purpose is effectively, clearly communicate the purpose and intent.

The changes in paper, plastics and packaging technologies call for experience and expertise to minimize size and the expense of implementing display and merchandising designs.  Every product or display or exhibit design must meet rigorous testing and regulatory standards. An exhibit shipping container must protect and withstand hazardous transport distributors, rough handling and adverse storage conditions. The the costs of retail space increasing we have put the push on creative and smaller package and display systems.
