Skies are clear and the stage is set in honor and in anticipation for the “Big Night”. The SFL league of elves have assembled for the annual North vs. South – Pole Bowl 2006. They meet with the highest regard for their much respected rivals in the spirit of friendly competition to literally “kick off” the season. The “Game Light” celebration includes a new 125’ scoreboard and colossal LCD screen developed and installed with Creative Signs-Topeka including a 50’tree and full junior boys and girls choir.
The game is now tied 28-28 in OT with 16 seconds left. Hyper-officials are hovering under the watchful eye of Santa in his RF linked, Anti-Grav-Pods (APG’s) similar in configuration to the Trans Pods a couple of years ago. This years AGP models are equipped with the latest in nano-material design and Advanced Vertical Propulsion technology. The HyperRefs are testing the new holospheric instant replay system, maneuvering the cameras and 3D data collection to assure maximum visibility and accuracy within 5 thousandths of an inch for judging each play and officiating the game.
It’s been a particularly good recruiting year for the home North team picking up Jimmy “The Brown” Evergreen out of Cleveland as star running back. He comes in at a full 4’ 9”, weighing 98 pounds and blazing the 40 in 4.2 seconds. The adrenalin is pumping now as South just completed a 35 yard pass for a first down on North’s 7 yard line. The excitement prepares and propels the elves into the ever critical phases of holiday distribution and delivery for that Miraculous Night.
Thanking you and wishing you your best game ever for the Holiday Season and into the New Year. You now have access to your Game Ticket to score the Big One !!!
